Skuratov事件 PutinとFSBが作った?

　In April 1999, then FSB Chief Vladimir Putin and Interior Minister Sergei Stepashin held a televised press conference in which they discussed a video that had aired nationwide March 17 on the state-controlled Russia TV channel which showed a naked man very similar to Skuratov, in bed with two young women.　Putin claimed that expert FSB analysis proved the man on the tape to be Skuratov and that the orgy had been paid for by persons investigated for criminal offences. Skuratov had been adversarial toward President Yeltsin and had been aggressively investigating government corruption.

　1999年3月17日深夜，ロシアの国営テレビRTRのニュース番組「ヴェスチ」が突然，異様な映像を全国放送した。
　ベッドの上で2人の女性と戯れる中年男。3人とも一糸も纏わぬ全裸姿だった。番組はほとんどコメントせずに映像を流した。諸国でも放送された。日本ではNHKスペシャルの「プーチン」の特集番組の中でほんの一部の映像を紹介した。
　その中年男は、Skuratov検事総長ということになり、検事総長は失脚した。Japanese　Mafiaは、１９９９年から、それらについて報道しているので、要約して紹介する。
・ビル支配システムを最初に開発したのはKGB。FSBは、それを引き継ぎ、Russiaの各界を監視している。Russiaで、地位のある人や反政府的な人などが各自の事務所と自宅を探せば、ビル支配システムが見つかるはずだ。
・１９９９年当時のFSBの長官は、Putin。
・１９９９年にSkuratov検事総長は、RussiaでRussian MafiaやYeltsin政権の腐敗を捜査する指揮を取っていた。
・FSBは、ビル支配システムでSkuratovの監視を続け、弱点を捜していた。そして盗聴盗撮を録画し、それをVideoにCopyし、RTRに送った。
・１９９９年３月１７日深夜にRTRは放映。
・Putin長官は、FSBで鑑定して本物とTVで述べる。
・Skuratov検事総長を失脚させる。
・Yeltsinに近いユダヤ財閥の捜査を中止させた。
・Putinは、ビル支配システムで、Yeltsinを監視し、弱点をつかみ、脅して、１９９９年末に、後継者に指名させた。
・それでPutinは、大統領になった。
・Yeltsinは、大統領の時に来日し、北方四島の返還を約束した。
・FSBの長官をしてから大統領になったPutinは、日本のJapanese Mafiaの報道を怒った。報復に北方４島の返還を中止した。
・そこでJapanese Mafiaは、「Putinの影響力がある限り、報復で北方四島は返らない。『Putin派をロシア政界から一掃しよう！』と反Putin運動を展開中。
・大統領選挙で、Japanese Mafiaは、反Putin候補を応援してたが、当選しなかった。
・Russia国内では、Putin批判が高まっている。そこでJapanese Mafiaは、昔の話を、また流し、Russiaの国会でPutinを追及させようと工作中。
解説:
　悪化勢力や悪化技術を知る人達の間では、「Russian Mafiaがビル支配システムで多くのビルを盗聴盗撮を放送していて、録画したものをTV局に送った」と思う人が多かった。しかしJapanese Mafiaの報道に注目する人が増えている。
　２００７年４月にYeltsinは、多臓器不全で死ぬが、Japanese Mafiaは、FSBが超火薬兵器でYeltsinを病死に見せる暗殺をしたと報道している。
