電力量計を通らない線があれば、電力会社の電力を無料で使い、ブレーカをOFFにして真っ暗でも、屋内が監視されてます。２本の引き込み線があり、それを接続していたら、ビル支配システムで監視されてますが、システムは隣接するビルの中に在ります。その場合は、他にも送電線からの引き込み線以外の線があれば辿りましょう。
送電に電柱を使う地区では、簡単に捜せます。しかし電柱をつかわず、送電線を埋設している地区では、情報省が地下にチューブを埋設し、その中を電線を通すので、捜すのは困難です。不可能ではありませんが。
（４）電力量計 (watthour meter)と電線と外壁の調査：

特殊電線を普通の電線につないでいるなら、特殊電線を辿ろう。近所のビルにつながっていたら、そこにビル支配システムがある。
電力量計と分電盤は１本の電線のみで結ばれ、外壁に開けた穴を通しビル内の分電盤に接続します。分電盤から多数の電線がビル内の各所に配線されているのが普通です。もし近隣のビルにビル監視システムを置き、特殊電線を普通電線に連結すると、狙うビル内にビル支配システムを置かなくても、狙うビルを支配できます。ビルの外に灰色かビルの壁と同じ色に塗った箱を捜しましょう。その蓋を開けると普通電線と特殊電線の連結を見ることができます。そのような箱を見つけたら、ビル内にビル支配システムが無くても支配されてます。屋外の配線を辿り、ビル支配システムの在るビルを捜しましょう。
この写真は、普通の電線に６本の特殊電線が接続しているもので、それを見せないため、工事をした人が箱で隠してますが、蓋をあけて撮影したそうです。皆様、外壁を調べましょう！
外壁に一箇所のみの穴をあけ屋内に入る電線が一本のみなら標準です。ビル支配システムは、ビル内にあります。全電灯のスイッチを切り、全コンセントからソケットを抜き、すべての電気を使う機器をOFFにして、電力量計を見ましょう。円盤が回っているなら、ビル支配システム（３００V、２０A）が電力を消費していて、監視されている証明です。階の間、天井裏、壁、床下などのどこかに在ります。
円盤が回らないなら、外部から電力を供給しているので、屋外や地下の電線を再調査する必要があります。増えている配線を調査しましょう。引込み線や電力流計をすりかえる場合があります。
（５）分電盤(Distribution panel)：の調査：
過去に工事をした電気工事士に分電盤を調査させましょう。部品を分解して調べましょう。それで異常な配線を見つけることがあります。 写真は企業が自社の分電盤を調べたら、工事をした時とはまるで異なる配線に変わっていた例です。スパイの手引きで、休日に外部から工事人が侵入し、カバーをはずし、電線を交換したようです。赤い電線は、普通の電線でなく、被覆をはがせばわかる特殊電線です。細い多数の色の電線の束も特殊電線です。右下に変圧器が付けられてました。
分電盤から特殊電線をはずすのは、電気工事士にまかせましょう。感電の危険があります。分電盤をはずすと、壁に穴があいていて、コードの束があり、その先にある赤い電線、コネクタ、箱などを捜しましょう。
（６）床と天井の隙間(Space between floor and ceiling)の調査：
X線やレーザやレーダを利用するカメラや探査装置を使うと、階の間の隙間、床と天井の隙間、壁の空洞などから異常な配線と灰色の箱を早く見つけることができます。
それらを使わないなら、分電盤からか電力流計を通らずに外部から引き込まれる特殊電線をたどりましょう。（７）の写真のような灰色の太い電線の中に赤と白と黒の電線がある電線をたどると早く見つけます。
ドリルで穴をあけ、内視鏡カメラかファイバー・スコープかスネーク・カメラなどで、コードの束やコネクタや箱を捜しましょう。それらのカメラが無い場合は、デジタル・カメラが入るぐらいの穴を開け、照明器を入れて照らし、デジタル・カメラで写して、パソコンで調べる方法があります。自分の頭が入るぐらいの穴をあけて見回せばすぐに見つかります。自社ビルなら床板をはずしてから隙間を調査するほうが作業が楽です。X線技術を応用して壁の中の箱を見つけた企業があります。

（７）壁とスイッチ (Wall and switch)の調査：

それらを完成または工事中のビルから早く見つけるには、天井または床の板をはずし、そのようなコードの束とコネクタを捜しましょう！ 完成したビルでは、箱が連結されてます。オーナの許可を得て、新築ビル工事現場の隙間からコードを引っ張り出して撮影したのが、この写真です。普通電線、特殊電線、10個のコネクタが撮影されてます。ビルの新築工事現場の階と階の隙間で、電気工事士がこんな配線をしていたら、天井の板をはる直前にビル支配システム有線型を持ち込み、コネクターを差込み、板をはります。それでビル支配システムで監視されたり脳を攻撃されます。

（４）電力量計 (watthour meter)と電線と外壁の調査：
外壁に怪しい箱が付いてないか捜そう！
箱を見つけたら蓋をはずし中を見よう！
特殊電線を普通の電線につないでいるなら、特殊電線を辿ろう。近所のビルにつながっていたら、そこにビル支配システムがある。
電力量計と分電盤は１本の電線のみで結ばれ、外壁に開けた穴を通しビル内の分電盤に接続します。分電盤から多数の電線がビル内の各所に配線されているのが普通です。もし近隣のビルにビル監視システムを置き、特殊電線を普通電線に連結すると、狙うビル内にビル支配システムを置かなくても、狙うビルを支配できます。ビルの外に灰色かビルの壁と同じ色に塗った箱を捜しましょう。その蓋を開けると普通電線と特殊電線の連結を見ることができます。そのような箱を見つけたら、ビル内にビル支配システムが無くても支配されてます。屋外の配線を辿り、ビル支配システムの在るビルを捜しましょう。
この写真は、普通の電線に６本の特殊電線が接続しているもので、それを見せないため、工事をした人が箱で隠してますが、蓋をあけて撮影したそうです。皆様、外壁を調べましょう！
外壁に一箇所のみの穴をあけ屋内に入る電線が一本のみなら標準です。ビル支配システムは、ビル内にあります。全電灯のスイッチを切り、全コンセントからソケットを抜き、すべての電気を使う機器をOFFにして、電力量計を見ましょう。円盤が回っているなら、ビル支配システム（３００V、２０A）が電力を消費していて、監視されている証明です。階の間、天井裏、壁、床下などのどこかに在ります。
円盤が回らないなら、外部から電力を供給しているので、屋外や地下の電線を再調査する必要があります。増えている配線を調査しましょう。引込み線や電力流計をすりかえる場合があります。
（５）分電盤(Distribution panel)：の調査：
過去に工事をした電気工事士に分電盤を調査させましょう。部品を分解して調べましょう。それで異常な配線を見つけることがあります。 写真は企業が自社の分電盤を調べたら、工事をした時とはまるで異なる配線に変わっていた例です。スパイの手引きで、休日に外部から工事人が侵入し、カバーをはずし、電線を交換したようです。赤い電線は、普通の電線でなく、被覆をはがせばわかる特殊電線です。細い多数の色の電線の束も特殊電線です。右下に変圧器が付けられてました。
分電盤から特殊電線をはずすのは、電気工事士にまかせましょう。感電の危険があります。分電盤をはずすと、壁に穴があいていて、コードの束があり、その先にある赤い電線、コネクタ、箱などを捜しましょう。
（６）床と天井の隙間(Space between floor and ceiling)の調査：
X線やレーザやレーダを利用するカメラや探査装置を使うと、階の間の隙間、床と天井の隙間、壁の空洞などから異常な配線と灰色の箱を早く見つけることができます。
それらを使わないなら、分電盤からか電力流計を通らずに外部から引き込まれる特殊電線をたどりましょう。（７）の写真のような灰色の太い電線の中に赤と白と黒の電線がある電線をたどると早く見つけます。
ドリルで穴をあけ、内視鏡カメラかファイバー・スコープかスネーク・カメラなどで、コードの束やコネクタや箱を捜しましょう。それらのカメラが無い場合は、デジタル・カメラが入るぐらいの穴を開け、照明器を入れて照らし、デジタル・カメラで写して、パソコンで調べる方法があります。自分の頭が入るぐらいの穴をあけて見回せばすぐに見つかります。自社ビルなら床板をはずしてから隙間を調査するほうが作業が楽です。X線技術を応用して壁の中の箱を見つけた企業があります。

（７）壁とスイッチ (Wall and switch)の調査：
情報省は、このBlogに慌て、床と天井の隙間から壁の隙間に移すよう指令してます。壁の隙間にあるかどうか調べるのは簡単です。スイッチ・カバーをはずし、電線を引っ張り出しましょう。屋内を配線する電線は、白と黒だけのコードです。白と黒と赤の３芯電線を使いません。偽装３芯電線は普通の電線でなく、被覆をはがせばわかる特殊電線ですので、その電線を見つけたら、壁の中を辿ると、箱とつながってますので、電気工事士にまかせ、回収しましょう。
（８）特殊電線とコネクタを捜す
情報省は、「『聞いた』と詐欺士が訪ねるのは監視をしている証明。特殊電線とコネクタ(Connector)に記載の文字やメーカを探られたら大変。差込コネクタだと騙せない」と広報。

配線図に無い配線を調べ、コードの束と「差込コネクタ」に偽装した部品を調べます。写真は、「差込コネクタ」にそっくりです。しかし上部に穴があき、ビル支配システムの差込口に並ぶピンと対応してます。
それらを完成または工事中のビルから早く見つけるには、天井または床の板をはずし、そのようなコードの束とコネクタを捜しましょう！ 完成したビルでは、箱が連結されてます。オーナの許可を得て、新築ビル工事現場の隙間からコードを引っ張り出して撮影したのが、この写真です。普通電線、特殊電線、10個のコネクタが撮影されてます。ビルの新築工事現場の階と階の隙間で、電気工事士がこんな配線をしていたら、天井の板をはる直前にビル支配システム有線型を持ち込み、コネクターを差込み、板をはります。それでビル支配システムで監視されたり脳を攻撃されます。
完成したビルの隙間を調べるには、ファイバー・スコープ・カメラや柄の長い鏡やX線利用カメラが役立ちます。

ビル支配システム 脳に有害 電磁波兵器 レーザ兵器
○情報省がビル支配システムや電線について広報していることを要約して報告します：
